A Glendale general contractor, building since 2005
Mirage Custom Homes builds, remodels and restores homes across the West Valley. Here is who we are and how we work.
The company
Mirage Custom Homes, LLC is a general contractor and custom home builder based in Glendale, Arizona. The company was set up in August 2005, and it has built in the West Valley ever since.
Most builders do new homes or repairs. We do both: new custom homes, remodels and additions, shingle roofing, and the rebuild after fire, water, flooding or mold. It means the person who rebuilds your kitchen after a leak knows how a kitchen should be built in the first place.

How we work
We look before we price
Every job starts with a visit. We see the lot, the room or the damage for ourselves before putting a number on it.
You get it in writing
A written scope and price before work starts, so you know what is included and what is not.
No surprise extras
If we find something behind a wall, we stop and show you. Nothing is added without your say-so.
One contact throughout
Philip stays your contact from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Where we work
We are based in Glendale and work across the West Valley. That includes Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park and Buckeye. If you are close by and not sure whether we cover you, call and ask.
